Orders over ¥5,000 will receive free shipping (including tax).
Additional shipping fees may be required depending on the shipping address within Japan.

Expected Delivery Time for Orders
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after it has been placed. Delivery may take up to 5 days depending on your location within Japan.

Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
We do not offer returns once the order has been shipped. We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is broken or damaged upon arrival. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items damaged by customers after receiving the item.
Our policy for refunds or exchanges is 14 days from receipt of your order. After 14 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
No refund or exchange can be offered if the item has been opened or removed from its original packaging.
