Returns/Cancellations
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be only canceled before the items have been shipped.
We are unable to accept cancellations after the order has left our warehouse.
RETURNS
We do not offer returns. We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is broken or damaged upon arrival. Our policy for refunds or exchanges is 14 days from receipt of your order. After 14 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
*Please do not send your order back unless you have been instructed to do so by our Customer Service Department.
REFUNDS
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 2-5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The appearance of the credit to your card or bank may take longer depending on your financial institution.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you received approval for a refund and haven’t received the refund in your account, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
