Shipping Policy

Shipping is available to addresses in Japan only.

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days and are shipped from our Kyoto warehouse.

The delivery time varies by your location and shipping option.

All orders ship via Japan Post Services

Please note. We are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. The above delivery days are based on an average, are not guaranteed, and may vary based on your location and special circumstances. Bazzuru is not responsible for service delivery schedules after orders leave our fulfillment center. If there are issues with your shipment please contact the courier indicated in your order receipt.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is determined after products are selected, and are paid via making payments via credit/debit cards, and the fees are as follows:

・Free shipping for all orders over 5,000 yen (this offer cannot be applied to previously placed orders, and including tax).

・Puzzles: 330 Yen (rate applicable for all addresses in Japan)

・Stickers: 88 yen (rate applicable for all addresses in Japan)

・Stationery: 88-330 yen (rate applicable for all addresses in Japan)

Shipping rates depend on item size, weight, and number of items ordered, as well as shipping address in Japan.
